Ilseyar Khayrullova

The young mezzo-soprano was born in 1987 in Tatarstan, Russia. In 2006 she completed her studies at the Tatarstan Music College and continued her vocal studies in 2012 at the Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory in Saint Petersburg.

Ilseyar Khayurollova is the winner of the international competition “Playing Slominsky” (St. Petersburg, 2012).

Since 2010 she has also sung as a soloist at the Saint Petersburg State Conservatory and in the Opera Studio. She has appeared in the following roles, among others: Rimsky-Korsakov's "Snegurochka" (Vesna), Mozart's "Le nozze di Figaro" (Cherubino), Prokofiev's "The Love of Three Oranges" (Klariche), Tchaikovsky's "Eugene Onegin" (Olga) and "Iolanta" (Marta). Since 2013/2014 Ilseyar Khayrullova has been a soloist at the Vienna State Opera and plays the roles of Tisbe, Elfe, Magd, Wowkle, among others.
